• Free Shipping: Free shipping available to all 48 contiguous U.S. states (excludes Alaska and Hawaii).

• Curbside Delivery with Liftgate Included:

  This item is securely shipped in a custom-built, heavy-duty reinforced wooden crate. We arrange delivery using a freight truck equipped with a hydraulic liftgate, which safely lowers the crate from the truck bed directly onto the street or driveway level at your delivery location.

• Indoor Handling & Site Placement:

  Unloading from the truck to the ground is fully taken care of. However, please note that entry into the home, white-glove service, or placement at the installation site is not included. Moving the crate from the driveway into your home requires professional planning. Due to the heavy weight, you or your contractor will need appropriate equipment (such as a heavy-duty pallet jack or machinery) and a capable team to move and position the bathtub safely.

• Site Access Requirements:

  Standard freight trucks require clear, safe road access to perform delivery. If your delivery site involves unique access challenges—such as a steep or narrow driveway, unpaved/gravel roads, low-hanging trees, or severe winter conditions—please contact us prior to placing your order so we can verify access with the freight carrier.

• Structural & Engineering Warning:

  Due to the extreme weight of this solid stone boulder (approx. 2,500 lbs empty), please verify with a certified structural engineer that your floor installation site can support the load—especially for indoor upper-floor installations. Ground floor or outdoor placement is highly recommended.
