• Free Freight Shipping: Included for all 48 contiguous U.S. states (excludes Alaska and Hawaii).

• Curbside Delivery with Liftgate: Shipped securely in a custom-built, heavy-duty reinforced wooden crate. Delivery is executed via a freight truck equipped with a hydraulic liftgate, which lowers the crate safely to street or driveway level at your site.

• Indoor Handling & Placement: Delivery includes lowering the crate to the ground at the curbside/driveway. White-glove placement, moving inside the home, or site installation is not included. Due to the 3,000 lb weight, you or your contractor must have appropriate heavy equipment (such as a heavy-duty forklift, skid steer, or crane) and a qualified crew to position the bathtub safely.

• Site Access Requirements: Standard freight trucks require clear, safe road access. If your delivery site involves challenges such as a steep incline, narrow driveway, gravel/unpaved road, low-hanging trees, or severe weather conditions, please contact us prior to ordering so we can verify route clearance with the carrier.
