• Specialized Heavy Handling Required (No Truck Liftgate):

  Due to the monumental weight of this piece (4,400 lbs / 2 Tons), standard freight truck liftgates cannot be used to offload it. This bathtub is shipped in a custom heavy-duty reinforced crate. A heavy-duty forklift, telehandler, or crane service is strictly required at the delivery site to unload the crate from the truck bed.

• Delivery Boundary:

  Delivery is curbside/site-access level only. Entry into the home, white-glove placement, or site maneuvering is not included. Please coordinate with your contractor or installation team in advance to ensure the proper equipment and crew are ready upon arrival.

• Site Access Verification:

  Standard freight trucks require clear, safe road access. If your delivery site involves unique challenges—such as steep/narrow driveways, unpaved or gravel roads, low-hanging trees, or winter weather restrictions—please contact us prior to ordering so we can verify route clearance.

• Mandatory Structural Engineering Review:
